Nicole is GOTJ’s lead financial services trainer.

Nicole is also an executive coach and facilitator who couples her knowledge of leadership and professional development with years of corporate experience to enhance her clients’ communication, interpersonal and self-management skills. Nicole leads professionals to increased performance and effectiveness on both a personal and organizational level. 

Nicole has held senior HR positions as well as business roles throughout her career at Bloomberg, Merrill Lynch, McKinsey and Goldman Sachs. Before entering HR, Nicole was a Global Markets Analyst and Associate at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. She has lived and worked in Austria, Germany, Spain, France, Bermuda, the US and the UK. Nicole completed Columbia University’s Coaching Program focusing on executive and organizational coaching. She is certified in the Hogan Assessment, Game Changer Index, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Neethling Brain Inventory (NBI) and Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) assessment tools.  

Nicole holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College. She is a former Advisory Council member for the Association to Benefit Children and trustee of the Rye City School District’s Board of Education. She lives in Rye, New York with her husband and two boys, Willy and Max.
